为帮助国际学生及随行家属系统掌握中国出入境法律法规、签证与居留许可办理流程及住宿登记要求，11月5日18:00—19:00，bat365中文官方网站签证办公室在诚意楼12教室举办“如何更好适应在华生活系列课程——签证篇”专题培训。百余名国际学生及家属参加了培训。
To help international students and their accompanying family members gain a systematic understanding of China’s entry and exit laws and regulations, visa and residence permit application procedures, and accommodation registration requirements, the Visa Office of the College of International Education held a special training session of the “How to Better Adapt to Life in China — Visa Matters” series in Room 12, Chengyi Building, from 18:00 to 19:00 on November 5. More than 100 international students and family members attended the training.
培训围绕出入境相关法律法规展开解读。签证办公室老师围绕护照、签证、住宿登记、家属签证等相关内容进行了详细讲解，并就同学们关心的问题进行了细致解答。
The training centered on interpreting laws and regulations related to entry into and exit from China. The teacher from the Visa Office gave detailed explanations on passports, visas, accommodation registration, family member visas, and other related matters, and carefully answered the questions that concerned the students.
参加培训的国际学生及家属围绕签证类型转换、居留许可续办、住宿登记、家属随行材料准备等问题踊跃提问，现场气氛热烈。参训学生表示，通过此次学习，对签证方面的知识有了更详细的了解，这对学生和家属都具有重要意义；今后将严格按照中国签证法律法规的要求，关注自身签证信息，及时办理签证延期。本次培训为国际学生及家属了解在华居留政策提供了有针对性的指导，帮助他们进一步明确政策要求、掌握办理流程。
The international students and family members attending the training actively raised questions on issues such as visa type conversion, residence permit renewal, accommodation registration, and the preparation of materials for accompanying family members, creating a lively atmosphere. Participating students said that through this session they had gained a more detailed understanding of visa-related knowledge, which is of great significance to both students and their families, and that they would strictly follow the requirements of China’s visa laws and regulations, pay attention to their own visa information, and apply for visa extensions in a timely manner. This training provided targeted guidance for international students and their family members to understand China’s residence policies, helping them further clarify policy requirements and master the application procedures.
此次培训是学院强化国际学生及家属法治意识、提升管理服务精细化水平的具体举措。下一步，学院将以此次培训为契机，持续完善签证政策宣讲和咨询服务机制，推动法治教育、跨文化适应和人文关怀融入日常服务，帮助国际学生及家属安心学习生活、更好融入校园和城市，为学校国际化办学和中外人文交流营造良好环境。
This training was a concrete measure by the College to strengthen the legal awareness of international students and their family members and to improve the precision of its management and services. Going forward, the College will take this training as an opportunity to continuously improve its visa policy briefing and consultation service mechanisms, integrate legal education, cross-cultural adaptation, and humanistic care into its daily services, help international students and their family members study and live with peace of mind and better integrate into the campus and the city, and create a favorable environment for the university’s international education and Sino-foreign people-to-people and cultural exchanges.
