秋风送爽，逐梦启航。2026 年 8 月 27 日至 8 月 30 日，bat365中文官方网站有序开展 2026 级秋季国际新生迎新注册工作，三千余名来自世界各国的国际新生陆续抵达校园，完成报到注册，正式开启在哈工大的求学新篇章。
Autumn breezes bring comfort, and dream chasers set sail. From August 27 to August 30, 2026, the College of International Education at Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) carried out registration work for 2026 international freshmen. More than 3,000 international students from across the globe have arrived on campus, completed their registration, and officially embarked on a new chapter of their academic journey at HIT.
为保障迎新工作高效、有序、暖心开展，学院秉持一站式、精细化、全方位的迎新服务理念，提前统筹部署迎新方案，细化报到流程、优化服务环节。迎新现场分工明确、秩序井然，设置保险核验、招生查验、费用缴纳、签证查验、管理认证、照片采集和纪念品领取等专属服务区域，实现新生报到“一站式办结”，极大地提升了新生入学体验。
To ensure efficient, well-organized and welcoming orientation services, the College of International Education adhered to the service philosophy of one-stop, refined and all-round support. It made advance overall arrangements for the orientation plan, streamlined registration procedures and optimized service links. Clear divisions of duties were in place at the well-ordered welcome site, with dedicated service zones for insurance verification, admission check, fee payment, visa inspection, administrative certification, photo capture and souvenir collection. The one-stop-finish registration service greatly improved new students’ enrolment experience.
迎新期间，学院教职工与多语种学生志愿者全程在岗，耐心为新生讲解入学流程、学籍管理、校园生活等关键事宜，细致解答签证居留、日常管理、学业规划等各类疑问，帮助初到校园的国际学生快速熟悉校园环境、适应校园节奏，切实解决新生入学初期的各类问题。
During the orientation period, faculty and staff of the College of International Education together with multilingual student volunteers were on site throughout the whole process. They patiently briefed new students on key matters including enrolment procedures, student status management and campus life, and answered various questions concerning visa and residence permits, daily administration and academic planning. Their support helped newly arrived international students get familiar with the campus environment, adapt to university life quickly, and effectively solved a wide range of problems encountered at the early stage of their arrival.
后续，学院将有序开展新生入学教育、校规校纪宣讲、学业指导、文化适应等系列教育活动，引导全体国际新生恪守校纪校规、树立端正的求学态度，快速融入哈工大校园生活。同时助力各国学子深耕专业学识、拓宽国际视野，成长为知华友华的国际青年使者，以青春之力助力中外教育交流与文化互通。
Moving forward, the College of International Education will carry out a series of educational activities in an orderly manner, including freshmen orientation, campus rule briefings, academic guidance and cultural adaptation sessions. These activities will guide all international freshmen to abide by university regulations, adopt a positive attitude toward their studies and integrate into campus life at HIT as soon as possible. Meanwhile, the college will support overseas students to deepen their professional knowledge, broaden their global vision and grow into young international ambassadors who understand and are friendly toward China. With their youthful energy, they will contribute to educational exchanges and cultural communication between China and other countries.
